Another one of my lunches. There's some leftover beef slices. A bell pepper- they're so easy to eat without cutting them first. Just eat around the stem so you don't touch the seeds at all. You can also spot my garlic-olives..
And ofcourse there's a salad. This is a really easy one; just mix up slices of red cabbage and apple, then generously drizzle it with olive oil and lemon juice.
The best bit about this lunch is that you can make it 2 days in advance if you wish. That's why you don't cut up the pepper- then it won't keep very long.
