Parsley & Onion Salad
No picture here, just a link- I wrote a guest post for ModernForager.com and the author Scott Kustes decided to put it up, check it out here. What I like most about this whole thing is that Scott tried the salad before posting, which is awesome- It says a little something about the quality of Scott's blog and the care he puts into it.

O.k man the link is great but I was waiting for images or something like that you disappointed me a little bit because I use to visit your site because of the excellent content.
I have been studying to be a chef and I think that this is one of the best food that I have never seen, so I will try to make something similar next week..
